Viktor was very responsive to come out give an estimate and professional opinion on flooring to provide a more durable protective finish. Turnaround time from estimate to get complete was great, with me in the process of moving and allowing the proper time for the floor to dry. The result was an upgrade to what was previously done, parents approved of their work as well! Affordable pricing and easy to work with, highly recommend!

About 3 months ago, Viktor and his crew refinished two sets of stairs (leading for the basement to the second floor), complete with three handrails, one stair rail, a straight rail, and trim to match the vinyl flooring at our home. A rather difficult job, considering that the job involved removal of the existing stain, which did not match the vinyl flooring (it wasn’t even close), as well as protecting furniture and surrounding areas from dust while sanding, and cleaning, and prime the areas prior to applying the new stain, and polyurethane. Viktor prepared several samples to allow us to select one that would closely match the vinyl tile flooring finish. We were very pleased by the quality of the work and impressed by the professionalism, attention to details, and punctuality of the crew. The areas were left spotless when the work was completed. Excellent work indeed! We had a free consultation and estimate, and the price was very reasonable. We felt comfortable enough as to not look for any other contractors to compare. I had them refinish five rooms with 2¼ inch red oak floors from 1970 that had some animal pee stains. They knocked it out of the park. Great price, only took 2 days, and replaced the ruined wood with new pieces. The floor looks brand new. I'm going to have them back to refinish another room once I install the floors there.

We reached out to Viktor asking how to salvage our wood floors. He responded quickly, answered or questions and gave us options and the pros and cons of those options. He was able to schedule refinishing or first floor around our schedule and provided a realistic timeline (even finishing on the early end of the timeline), and appropriate expectations with regards to how long to be out of the house and off the floors. He provided several samples on the floor to ensure the new stain looked good with our existing stair color. The crew was easy to communicate with, hardworking and did a fabulous job. We would recommend him highly and have his crew do more work in the future.
